Platform
One login. The whole institution.
Shule Fanisi is not a gradebook with extras bolted on. It is the operating system for a Tanzanian institution — the academic year, the money, the people and the statutory returns, in one place with one set of permissions.

The head’s first screen. Not a wall of charts — a list of the things only they can decide, oldest first, each one a click from the decision.

Teaching, the way a teacher thinks about it
A teacher opens one course, not eleven menus. Their classes are cards; inside each one is the roster, the assessments, the weighting and the grades — and the same running grade the student and the parent see, because all three read one calculation.
- Weighted categories — coursework, midterm, final — set per course
- A running grade that updates as work is marked
- Approval chain before anything reaches a family
- The same figure for teacher, student and parent, by construction

Money that reconciles itself
Invoice the term, take payment however the family can pay, and let the statement match itself against the ledger. Every payment is receipted for TRA, and the bursar's day ends with a cash-up rather than an evening of arithmetic.
- Mobile money, bank transfer and cash on one invoice
- M-Pesa, CRDB and NMB statements auto-matched
- TRA-ready receipts, issued the same day
- Aged debtors and collection rate, ready for the board

Higher education, at full depth
Faculty → department → programme → course → section, with credits, prerequisites, registration windows, CGPA, academic standing, degree audits and transcripts. Not a school product with 'university' in the copy.
- Students register themselves inside the window you open
- CGPA and academic standing recomputed each semester
- Degree audit against the programme's real credit requirement
- Transcripts and conferral straight into the alumni directory
